About this site: Average cam refresh
rate is between 2 minutes and 4 minutes. A
few are set at 15 minutes. Cam thumbnail
page refreshes every 3 minutes, map page
does not. Naturally, cams are dark at night
unless the owner has set to capture and hold
an image before dark to be displayed all
night. Numerous cams have timestamps and
some of the newer cams have weather
information on the bottom. Missing images
may be the result of the host computer being
down or rebooted. Northern region and Mt.
Washington cams are often obliterated with
