12 Questions To Ask Seller or Sellers Agent (Word.doc)
In accordance with the Rules and Regulations of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Board of Registration of Home Inspectors (CMR266), all licensed home inspectors are required to notify the client that answers to the following questions should be ascertained from the seller and/or the seller’s representative, because they are important and relevant to the purchase of the inspected dwelling and may not be readily observable through inspection.

How To Receive Your Report via email (Word.doc)
You will receive an email from us when the report is available, usually within 1-2 business days of the inspection. The report will be available online for 7 calendar days at the link provided. We advise you to print out your report or save it to your hard drive or other storage device as soon as you recieive it.

State Required Questions for Home Inspectors  (Word.doc)
In accordance with the Rules and Regulations of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Board of Registration of Home Inspectors (CMR266), all licensed home inspectors are required to ascertain the answers to six (6) questions from the seller or the seller’s agent before or during the inspection.

Seller's Statement of Property Conditions  (Word.doc)
Massachusetts licensed home inspectors are required by the state to request certain information about a home that is being sold. Download the seller's statement here and if possible, have the current owner/seller fill it out prior to our arrival.

Home Inspection Contract
This is the contract you will be required to read and sign at the time of the home inspection. It explains what we do examine, test or classify during the inspection and what we do not (swimming pools, smoke detectors, etc.).
