General Information

  • MBTA North Shore commuter rail trains arrive at Boston's North Station. Amtrak service to NYC/PHL/D.C. departs from South Station. Taxi in front of North Station is recommended between the 2 but the "T", Boston's subway system may also be used by taking the "Green" line 3 stops to the  "Red" line then 2 stops to South Station.
     
  • Much of Boston's subway system is underground. Entrance's to stations are indicated by a large black "T" on a white circular background. (See logo in middle column)
     
  • Boston's Logan International Airport may be reached from North Station via the "Green" line to the "Blue" line to Airport Station.
     
  • Red Sox fans: "Green" line riders may use any outbound "B", "C" or "D" train to Kenmore Square. Do not board an "E" train.
